Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries

1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt

1 large banana sliced

3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

 

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
