corn-in-out-of-husks-highresCMYKSummer is almost here, and before you know it, thoughts will be drifting out to the patio to enjoy some sunshine. Hopefully, you can take this opportunity to starting planning for a summer cook-out or family barbecue!



Though hamburgers, hot dogs and corn on the cob are excellent starting points (and definitely delicious!), why not switch things up a bit? Here are some fruits and veggies that are perfect for grilling this summer and adding to your traditional BBQ line-up:

Love grilled asparagus with sweet chili sauce. Also try brushing thick slices of Sweet Potato with a mustard --tarragon vinaigrette as they grill. Eat as is or makes a great addition to a sweet potato salad.
Nothing better than grilled pineapple...a little butter, brown sugar and dark rum.
Ditch the gas and go au natural #hardwood charcoal for best flavor.
