They have banned the use of Styrofoam trays; instead, they use a combination of reusable and paper trays. Recycled paper napkins are used instead of regular paper ones. Furthermore, they have recently replaced all of their cleaners with environmentally friendly ones. It is easy to be green at Estee Lauder!
