Whitsons Donates Gifts for SCO Family of Services

giftstitle 1It’s delivery day and the Whitsons Chef’s were happy to help load a truck full of presents to be delivered to SCO Family of Services. Chef Andrew Whitcomb was all smiles along with Chef Tony Distefano and Chef Jacek Dub while carrying and packing all 122 presents for delivery.

Our amazing team members in Islandia, New York donated the 122 gifts for SCO Family of Services and the young mothers and their children at Bethany Houses.

Bethany is a transitional living program for teenage mothers who are in foster care, along with their children. While living in the Bethany residences, young mothers finish school and acquire skills that will allow them to become self-sufficient young women who can care for their children. Pictured in the group photo are a few team members that donated gifts.

We at Whitsons wish all the families at Bethany houses a happy and healthy holiday season!
