Our professional support staff includes registered dietitians who are available to provide nutrient analysis and ensure compliance with each client’s dietary requirements.

WELLNESS

Whitsons is committed to the health and well-being of the residents, staff, and communities we serve, and nutrition education is an essential part of that commitment. Our Share the Health program provides materials specifically designed to promote healthy choices and physical activities for longer and more fulfilling lives. Whitsons clinical services are available to provide additonal support to our clients. Nutrition education and couseling for the prevention of chronic conditions are essential components of our program.

Whitsons Chefology 101® Lifestyles program is a fun, hands-on culinary experience designed to feed your inner chef. All class options are led by a Whitsons certified chef, who will provide everything you need for the evening, from knife skills all the way down to the last ingredient. Our “Traveling Chefs Series” creates delicious memories with live food demonstrations from guest chefs from Whitsons’ regional Iron Chef culinary team and from local restaurants and country clubs.
