Our Signature Series station concepts keep our secondary serving lines fresh and exciting with fresh colorful menu options that introduce new flavors, cultures and trends into our cafeterias. These signature stations improve the flow of traffic and increase speed of service so students spend less time in line, and spend more time eating and socializing.

We offer fun theme days each month, including holidays, seasonal, and industry related events such as National School Breakfast Week. Seasonal events are a fun, flexible way for our teams to showcase the latest trends.

We feature “meatless” plant-based offerings through our delicious Veggabóls and Meatless Monday menu promotions and now one out of three menu items.
POP-UP SHOPS
Our award-winning Pop-Up Shops provide an ideal opportunity to showcase emerging and favorite food trends with a lot of excitement for a short period of time. Some close-knit school communities enjoy bringing in a popular local restaurant chef. We fully support these events and work closely with all involved to promote events and ensure all regulations are met and all food served follows all health department and NSLP guidelines.

LUNCH WITH LEADERSHIP
The Lunch with Leadership program invites school and community leaders to step behind the lunch lines and serve the students. Often combined with special promotions, a Lunch with Leadership event helps draw the students in and provide extra excitement for the promotion, while also introducing school and community leaders to an up-close perspective and appreciation for the school meal program and our everyday services. Students get a kick out of seeing familiar faces they look up to in a fun and engaging role serving them lunch!
