Whitsons Participates in Back-to-School Courtyard Jamboree
Whitsons proudly participated in the Back-to-School Courtyard Jamboree at P.S. 152 in Brooklyn, NY on Saturday, August 24. Chef Tony served Honeyfire Kitchen Chicken Sandwiches with Honey Siracha Sauce, Caprese Sandwiches, Fiesta Corn, Baked Lays Chips, Real Fruit Snacks, Apples, and Water to the more than 300 students, families, and volunteers who attended. The food was prepared at Whitsons’ Culinary Production Facility in Brooklyn, NY.
Whitsons served as sponsor of the event, along with Flatbush Development Corporation (FDC), Elite Learners, Inc., ICNA Relief, and Metro Plus Health. Students in attendance received backpacks to help them begin a successful school year ahead. Everyone who came out was treated to music, games, and food to enjoy the celebration.
