RECIPE: Cinnamon Maple Granola
YIELD: 4 cups
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups old fashioned oats
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup light brown sugar
½ cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In the meantime, prepare a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to coat. Transfer oatmeal mixture to the lined baking sheet. Spread out into an even layer, pressing down to compress the mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, untouched, for 45 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
