Whitsons Recognized as a Top Performer in Mercy For Animals’ “Serving Up Change” Report
Whitsons Culinary Group® is proud to announce that we have been recognized as a Top Tier company in the newly released Serving Up Change Report by Mercy For Animals, which evaluates the foodservice provider sector on progress toward the Better Chicken Commitment (BCC).
The report assessed 22 leading foodservice providers on their animal welfare policies, transparency, and progress toward implementing more humane practices in chicken sourcing.
This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible sourcing, transparency, and continuous improvement in animal welfare practices.
